Walking football is football! The only difference between walking football and the traditional version of football is that running, jogging and sprinting is not permitted. Free kicks are given to the opposition when an opponent breaks into anything other than a fast stride.
Walking football for anyone who wants to play football at a slower pace, traditionally it is played by people aged 50 and over although it isn’t exclusive to this age and is open to anyone. Walking football is great for people who want to continue playing football at a pace that suits them.
