Female Football Network

creating a sustainable future for females in football

Females play vital roles in making the game the success that it is. By sharing our professional experience and connecting you with others, we hope to encourage more women to get involved in football.

The East Riding FA Female Football Network aims to increase female representation at all levels of the game by showcasing opportunities and by providing support to obtain the required experience and qualifications.

Open to anyone aged 14 or over the network will inspire and excite and we encourage females who are either already involved in football or aspiring to be to get signed up.

The network will meet online or face to face depending on the type of event and we aim to support you no matter what your qualifications, level of experience or role you may have. That means that whether you are a coach, referee, player or administrator there is an opportunity for you to link in, collaborate and get connected.

For example we can support aspiring coaches who are wishing to gain more experience or provide details on what skills and qualifications are required to achieve paid roles within the game. Whatever your situation and aspirations the network will be on hand to help and support.

As well as a number of online and practical sessions for you to attend there will also be a number of benefits which include coffee morning catch ups and partnerships with the local leagues.

East Riding FA Participation (Inclusion) Development Officer Rebecca Bolton said; "It is our aspiration to see more female involved an all aspects of football. Through this network we want to lift peoples aspirations and and provide practical help and support."
