Inclusion Festival

Schools and Colleges Inclusion Festival

Inclusion Football Festival

Johnny Whiteley Park played host to over 50 young people earlier this week as we joined forces with CASE Training to deliver a Schools and Colleges Inclusive Football Festival.

Participants from from East Riding College, Frederick Holmes School, Tweendykes School & Sixth Form and CASE Training based took to the field and enjoyed a series of small sided games with local referees on hand to offer support and advice.

All games were played in a fantastic spirit with many players experiencing competitive football for the very first time.

East Riding FA Participation (Inclusion) Officer Rebecca Bolton said; "We are delighted to be able to deliver his fantastic inclusive football festival in partnership with CASE Training. We want to ensure that people from as many different sections of our community have equal opportunity to participate in football with events like this playing a crucial role."

The next festival is scheduled to take place early next season with us looking for even more Schools and Colleges to take part. If you would like more information about inclusive football or would like to enter a team in the next festival then please contact Rebecca Bolton.
