Football V Transphobia
The Football v Transphobia week of action takes place 24 – 31st March 2021.
This is the third year that Football v Homophobia will be taking specific action on trans inclusion and transphobia in the game. They will be active across social media, using their presence to amplify the voices of trans people and allies in all aspects of football.
All across the #FvT2022 week of action, Football v Homophobia are encouraging people to show the value of allyship in the game by sharing their experiences and promoting allyship; its importance, how it support and how it can help.
We are encouraging our member clubs and leagues, volunteers, players, match officials, coaches and support to get involved across the week by sharing their support on social media and using the hashtag #TransFootyAlly.
Football v Homophobia have some great resource guides available for clubs, players, fans, referees, coaches and more on how to welcome trans people in football.
