Volunteers in in our region are being invited to learn more about what it takes to run a successful Pan Disability football session. Hosted by Cottingham Rangers the workshop will demonstrate some of the challenges faced when delivering an inclusive football activity and what tactics can be employed to ensure the needs of the players are met.
Delivered by Cottingham Rangers Carol Holcombe and hosted by Rebecca Bolton from East Riding FA attendees will learn what the benefits of delivering PAN Disability football are and how it can benefit you as an individual and grassroots football in our region.
When asked why Carol got involved in delivering PAN Disability football she said; "It’s been a pleasure to be involved with Cottingham Rangers Ability Counts Football Team and it gives me the greatest pleasure to see the smiles on so many young men's faces. People first come down and find that they are welcome to join our team and won't be judged, shouted at, abused or ignored by anyone as we are all one big team who enjoy playing together every week."
