No deadline day drama at the East Riding FA!
all Fa charter standard accredited clubs in our region have beat the deadline day rush and SUCCESSFULLY submitted their annual health checks.
Accredited clubs are proud to maintain high standards to make sure they are among the best places to play and enjoy football in England. Each season, clubs make sure their people and policies are up to scratch by completing the Annual Health Check.
Submission is not the end of the journey though, if your club has submitted its Annual Health Check but still has outstanding issues to resolve then you have until 31st March to do this.
To satisfy the FA Charter Standard criteria and to ensure that your club is the best place for people to play end enjoy football then all youth teams must have at least one coach attached to it who possess the following qualifications; FA Level One - Coaching in Football, FA Level One Introduction to First Aid in Football and FA Safeguarding Children. These qualifications must be in date and must not expire during the 2019 / 2020 season.
Clubs with adult teams must ensure that each team has either a coach / manager or first aider attached to them with an in date FA Level One Introduction to First Aid in Football qualification. Again this must not expire during the 2019 / 2020 season.
