Created with the aim of giving existing teams the opportunity to keep playing in preparation for the new season the league also welcomes teams who are starting out for the very first time and prefer the midweek option over the traditional weekend format.
In operation for over three seasons the league will once again take place at the University of Hull with both of the of the venues fantastic artificial 3G pitches being utilised. Games will kick off at either 7pm or 8pm with games played under the usual Laws of the Game.
