Flex Health are official partners with Hull University and have over 15 years experience within elite sport including 15 years working with Hull City FC’s first team. Home to a purpose built facility designed for effective management and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disability. Our team offers one-to-one physiotherapy and rehabilitation exercise, manual therapy/mobilisations, soft tissue massage, gait re education, and specific electrotherapy modalities over 2 hour sessions with our patients. This is made possible due to the wide range of specialist equipment at our disposal including, Alter-G (anti-gravity treadmill), a Vertimax resistance system, FES (functional electrical stimulation) bikes and much more.

We are a Physiotherapy clinic operating inside Hull University. Having worked in professional sport we know exactly how to rehabilitate footballing injuries. Each injury is individual to the patient however, we treat all our patients' like professional footballers and understand the importance of playing the beautiful game again after sustaining an injury. We have equipment seen only in few clinics in Yorkshire and have modeled our rehabilitation gym on the one seen a Hull City's training ground.'
