Volunteering

Volunteering within the East Riding

Football within the East Riding would not happen without the dedicated volunteers that give up their time for the love of the game.

Everyone at the East Riding County FA recognises the value of volunteers in running and developing football at every level. Without these volunteers, our clubs and leagues wouldn't exist.

If you are a club looking for new volunteers to recruit to the many different roles within your club or you are looking to dedicate some of your time to grassroots football, then we can help.

Safeguarding and Welfare

SAFEGUARDING IS EVERYONE’S RESPONSIBILITY

Whatever your involvement in football, you have a responsibility to make our game as safe and enjoyable as possible for everyone.

This is particularly true if your role as a volunteer involves working or being with children and young people under the age of 18.

Find out how The FA and the East Riding County FA manages safeguarding nationally and locally. You’ll also find detailed information on the game’s safeguarding strategy, and how it applies to you.
