Support for Grassroots Football in East Riding
The East Riding FA Board of Directors is pleased to announce that the organisation is now fully operational with all members of staff available for contact.
COVID-19 has seen grassroots football suffer from many challenges and much disruption. Thankfully we have managed to join the games key stakeholders in weathering the storm to a point where the 2020 / 2021 season is now well underway with nearly 240 clubs and over 1000 teams taking advantage of our discounted affiliation fees. This means over 20,000 people in our region will now be able to take to the field each week to play the beautiful game with this being supported through a network of affiliated leagues and our team of match officials.
Although we are now fully operational the Board of Directors have decided NOT TO reopen the Roy West centre as a result of the latest Government guidance which was released on Tuesday 22nd September 2020.
