Club Accounts

Each club should have a bank account in the name of the club. All cheques or withdrawals from the accounts should require a minimum of two signatures from committee members.

The club accounts are managed by the Treasurer of the club, they are responsible for keeping all financial records up to date throughout the season. They are also responsible for providing an income and expenditure record at the club’s Annual General Meeting, where it will be viewed by all committee members and people present.
