AT THE START OF EACH SEASON, ALL CLUBS PLAYING IN FA SANCTIONED LEAGUES AND COMPETITIONS MUST AFFILIATE TO THE EAST RIDING FA.

Affiliation ensures that your club Is eligible to play in a East Riding FA and FA sanctioned competitions, is eligible to enter the East Riding FA County Cup's, has validated personal accident and public liability insurance, has access to East Riding FA registered Match Officials and is eligible to access Football Foundation funding. All affiliated members clubs are also able to access bespoke officer support to help with the development and governance of your club.

When completing your clubs affiliation it is also crucial that you input the correct data as we use this to highlight facility investment need with local authorities & the Football Foundation. We also use it to inform our coach education calendar & course location and direct football development interventions as and when required.

AFFILIATION FEES FOR CLUBS:

Club Fee: £70

Youth, Adult, Disability Veterans, Futsal, Walking Football & Small Sided Teams Fee: £35 per team

County Cup entry fee (Adult Team): £20

County Cup entry fee (Youth Team): £20

PERSONAL ACCIDENT AND LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE:

Please note Marsh Sport are our chose Insurance Providers although clubs can purchase their own insurance from other sources.

Mandatory Insurance policies that must be taken out for season 2024 / 25:

LEGAL LIABILITY INSURANCE - this provides protection against any claims made by third parties against you e.g. claims for slips and trips or damage to third party property as a result of your negligence.

Legal Liability Insurance (County Cover Plus) : £64 per club

PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE - this provides protection for someone who is injured in an accident whilst participating in a club activity. This policy could provide either a lump sum benefit or weekly amount (dependent on the cover selected).

Please note Personal Accident Insurance is mandatory and clubs must purchase either their own policies or one of the policies listed below:
