Providing a Voice for Young People in Football


The East Riding County FA Youth Council Is A Group Of Enthusiastic Young Volunteers, Who Promote The Cause Of Young People Within Football Across The County.

Here at the East Riding County FA we believe having the views of young people is a vital part of developing football at a grassroots level, and that is why the Youth Council is a vital addition to our organisation. 

The ERCFA Youth Council is made up of young people from 14-24 who have different roles within football, including; players, coaches in grassroots clubs, in academies, in disability football, and in female football and also a number of referees who referee in different leagues across the County. .

The Youth Council have a number of projects, chosen by themselves, which helps the County FA in the delivery of their County Plan, which help to promote and support the interests of young people within the game.

The Council are set up as a committee with a Chair who steers the group with the support of the County FA. The group is currently made up of the following members:
