Women and Girls

According to the latest FA data there are nearly 2.5 million women and girls playing football and it is the number 1 team sport for females in the country.

The East Riding County FA have a Football Development Officer dedicated to supporting and developing all aspects of women's and girls football. It is our aim to engage with female players whatever their age or ability and signpost them to opportunities that are right for them. With girl's teams from Under 8's to Under 16's and a large number of women's teams across the county there really is something for everyone!

In addition to playing there are also opportunities for females to get involved in coaching, leading and officiating within football.

For further information on aspects of women's and girl's football, or if you would like more information on finding a club near you contact Kirsty Leake on 01482 221158 or email Kirsty.leake@eastridingfa.com
