FA Charter Standard Annual Health Check 2017 - 18

Demonstrate what it means to you and to your club by completing the Charter Standard Annual Health Check Process. The window is now open for you to #PlayYourPart in raising standards, improving provision and sustaining participation across grassroots football.

All FA Charter Standard Clubs that achieved their FA Charter Standard accreditation prior to July 1st 2017 have from now until March 1st 2018 to complete the Annual Health Check for the 2017 – 2018 season via the Whole Game System.
