To Nominate someone, download the Application Form in 'Related Documents', complete and return to the ERCFA, Roy West Centre, 220 Inglemire Lane, Hull, HU6 7TS
Applications MUST be returned by Friday 12th December 08.
Nominations will only be considered where the groundsman is a member of the club, so clubs cannot be nominated where the pitch is maintained by an external contractor or maintenance company.
