By now all existing member Clubs of the County FA should have completed and returned their affiliation form.
The deadline date has passed and for any outstanding there is a late fine due of £40.00 in addition to the Affiliation fee.

If you are a new Club starting up this season, then you must also affiliate to the County FA.
