The league runs on Wednesday evening's at the Goal's Soccer Centre located just off Clough Road in Hull with games kicking off between 6.30pm and 9.30pm each week. Each team plays a 40 minute game per evening and all fixtures and results are displayed on televisions all around the site as well as online and on their free iphone App.
In addition to the league, Goals can also organise friendly fixtures against exisiting teams for those that want to experience the fun and excitement of 5-a-side football in a less formal environment.
