The FA Tesco Holiday Courses were run over the half term week, giving children the chance to receive free coaching by the FA to improve their football skills in a fun enviornement, meeting lots of new friends along the way.
Despite the rain, Howden attracted nearly 30 children for each session, from all over the region and an interest in the Howden Skill Centre held at the venue on a Thursday evening.
Beverley Longcroft was fully booked, with nearly 90 children each day, all enjoying the fun and developmental sessions, before the match finale! With the sun beaming down, the children made quick work of all the fruit and juice kindly brought to the Event by Tesco, before cheering for the camera!
