Community Inclusion League

The East Riding County FA and Hull Tigers Trust have recently launched a brand new Community Inclusion League as part of the Imagine Your Goals community programme!

This exciting development follows a hugely successful tournament that took place at the Goals Soccer Centre in Hull in September. The aim of the Imagine Your Goals programme is to improve the social inclusion and wellbeing for people with mental health problems as well as tackling mental health stigma and discrimination. Football provides an opportunity to bring people with and without mental health problems together whilst supporting individuals to improve their health, build confidence and address issues of isolation.

In addition to the football matches, the league provides a platform for individuals to access services and information relating to various mental health issues in an relaxed and informal manner.

Teams registered for the Community Inclusion League meet once a month at Goals Soccer Centre to play two 30 minute games for a cost of £10. There is no requirement to commit to attend every month, teams simply need to confirm their attendance 7 days prior to the fixtures.
