DSActive

What is it?: ‘DSActive’ offers people with Down’s Syndrome between the ages of 5-12 and 13-25 the opportunity to play regular football in a comfortable yet challenging environment. The scheme will help those involved to not only improve their football skills, but will also enhance their confidence and self esteem as well as giving them the chance to meet new people and make new friends.

When is it?: Every Wednesday between 5-6pm at Warner’s Sports Medicine.

ABLE AND ACTIVE - MULTI SPORTS SESSIONS

Able and Active provide multi sport activities for anybody with a disability. We have recently partnered with Hull F.C. Foundation to re launch Able and Active at a great new venue. These are brilliant new facilities and with both the Tigers Trust and Hull F.C. Foundation coaching each week, we can offer great activities. We are going to have friendly competitions and different activities. Sessions are run by qualified coaches and friends and siblings are welcome!

Starting Monday 13th June 2011

Every Monday (excluding bank holidays)

5.30pm – 7.30pm

Sirius Academy Sports Hall, Pickering Road, Hull, HU4 7AE

£2 per session

Ages 8-16 and 16+

Session will be led by both Tigers Trust and Hull F.C Foundation staff and volunteers. Friends and siblings welcome.
