Course Information: This demonstration will look at different ways of coaching 6 and 7 year olds players. Focus will be upon their different learning styles, effective coaching techniques to use and practices that will help the long term development of each child.

Course Information: The demonstration will look at different coaching practices that are used with the 5-11 age groups.

Topic: Match Day Management
Course Information: This demonstration will act out a full match day scenario. Julie will work with a group of youth players and take them through a full match day routine. The event will begin with meeting in the clubhouse, conducting a pre-match team talk, running an effective warm up progressing into a 15 minute first half. Julie will then show how to give an effective half time team talk and put the points raised into practice in a second 15 minute half. The demonstration will conclude with a post match team talk and cool down.
All of the above will demonstrate valuable and successful techniques that can be used to get the best out of your players on a match day.
